Sesame oil is a concentrated source of antioxidants and healthy fats, rich in sesamin and sesamolin. You're not eating it straight, though - it's a cooking oil meant to be used in small amounts, or as a finishing oil to add flavor. Don't overdo it, as it's still a processed oil.
