Tilapia may be a cheap catch, but it's a far cry from the real deal. You're better off with wild-caught fish like salmon or sardines, but if you're stuck with tilapia, at least it's a fish, not a factory-farmed abomination. Still, it's a pale imitation of the seafood your ancestors ate.
